3G Inspires U

For those who think that God has forgotten about them because they have tried hard and not succeeded, here is the pain medicine to sooth your pain; 3G (God, the father, God, the son and God, the holy spirit) GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME, PRAY WITHOUT CEASING!!

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God,and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” Matt 6:33 — Most people have heard this verse, and usually it is given in the context of “Put your attention on the important goals, and these smaller day-to-day issues will sort themselves out” Or some similar way of looking at it.

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom” (Prov. 1:7). Happy the soul that has been awed by a view of God’s majesty, that has had a vision of God’s awful greatness, His ineffable holiness, His perfect righteousness, His irresistible power, His sovereign grace.

Does someone say, “But it is only the unsaved, those outside of Christ, who need to fear God”? Then the sufficient answer is that the saved, those who are in Christ, are admonished to work out their own salvation with “fear and trembling.” Time was when it was the general custom to speak of a believer as a “God-fearing man.” That such an appellation has become nearly extinct only serves to show whither we have drifted. Nevertheless, it still stands written, “Like as a father pitieth his children, so the Lord pitieth them that fear Him” (Psalm 103:13).

When we speak of godly fear, of course we do not mean a servile fear, such as prevails among the heathen in connection with their gods. No, we mean that spirit which Jehovah is pledged to bless, that spirit to which the prophet referred when he said, “To this man will I (the Lord) look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word” (Isa. 66:2). It was this the apostle had in view when he wrote, “Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king” (I Pet: 2:17). And nothing will foster this godly fear like a recognition of the Sovereign Majesty of God.

YOUR TONGUE COULD BE YOUR WORSE ENEMY

The following is an inspirational piece:
ALWAYS SAY THE GOOD WORD
“Confess it and possess it”, “name it and claim it”, “blab it and grab it” “speak it into existence”

THE TONGUE CAN BE YOUR WORST ENEMY!
Your words, your dreams, and your thoughts have power to create
conditions in your life.
What you speak about, you bring about.
Turn your thoughts and conversations around to be more power packed
with faith, hope, love and action.
Don’t be afraid to believe that you can have what you want and deserve.
Watch your Thoughts, they become words., Watch your Words, they become actions.
Watch your Actions, they become habits.
Watch your Habits, they become character – ‘Life is like melted butter…once things cool down, it can be reshaped

Grandma’s Secret to Longevity;

Fear God, Love Everyone like yourself and Never stop giving.

Beposo (Ash), June 17, 2009  GNA

Opanyin Kwadwo Broni, 114 years, the oldest person at Beposo in the Sekyere Central District in Ashanti Region, Ghana in the West Africa has attributed his age and good health to kindness to other people refrain from alcohol, avoidance of argument and litigation. Speaking to the Ghana News Agency at his residence at Beposo at the weekend, Opanyin Broni affectionately called Agya Kwadwo, said his father who died so many years ago was not an illiterate person but he was about five years old during the Yaa Asentewaa war in 1900. He explained that even though palm-wine tapping and Akpeteshie distilling has been his profession throughout his life, he has never tasted alcohol before.

He mentioned Fufu and Ampesi with dry fish, bush meat, mushroom and snail as his favourite meals but regretted that of late, apart from dry fish, the rest are difficult to come by on the market.

He advised the youth to desist from wrong doing, avoid alcoholic drinks and show respect to the elderly if they want to have peace and live longer. (Just like in the good book, Honor thy mother and thy father so you may live longer)

3G Publisher’s Address on the day of launching; Nov. 14th, 2008

3G_MAG_coverThe Vision Behind 3G

His Excellencies, Mr. Chairman, co-Chairpersons, Nananom, Special Invited guests, Ladies and Gentlemen, All protocols observed.

On the heels of  Barack Obama historically being elected the first African American US President, one magazine is about to be launched.  It’s been a long time coming and at this defining moment, I stand here today to  tell you, that 3G is my American dream.

Many years ago, Francis Akoto of Ghanaweb and I came together and created a platform called; “Spotlight or Photo Report” where Ghanaian events/personalities were featured on Ghanaweb giving it, “Primetime” and the worldwide recognition it deserved.

Over the years, the “Spotlight” platform has become an unprecedented phenomenon  and many in the community will come to appreciate the idea.

The National Council of Ghanaian Associations, NCOGA also recognized my talent and we became partners to promote the  community events.  Kwabena Manu “Pancho” a Political and Union activist and then  NCOGA PRO also became my personal advisor and editor.

For many years, I have been encouraged by many people  who believed in my vision that I should come out with my own magazine..

In an effort to expand on that platform which seems to get bigger and more popular, a quarterly magazine publication called; 3G (God, Global & Giving) by 3G Media Inc. has been established. The title, 3G, stands for God, Global, and Giving.

“On September 17, 2005, having escaped death after a serious car accident and alive to see my two month old baby girl again, I reexamined my life and God’s purpose for me. In recognition of what the Lord has done in my life, the first “G” is dedicated to promoting God’s work.

With Global – 3G writes global issues on Health, environment, sports, entertainment, fashion, parenting and other issues.  3G will bridge the gap and expose African culture to the rest of the world and expose the western culture to Africa

“My 110 year old grandmother, Christiana Nimo shared one of her secrets to her longevity: Giving and Sharing. She encourages me to always give back or share. With “Giving” as the last G, 3G showcases talents and grooms future writers as a corporate social responsibility and being a community partner.

3G will help expose new businesses and the existing ones which need to get their businesses on track. 3G has teamed up with Investigroup from Hillside, NJ to

promote businesses that need consultation, Business Analysts, Corporate credit building, marketing and business loan proposals.

3G has Mr. CNN as Publisher, Kwabena Manu aka Hon. Pancho as Editor in Chief, Fred Ansong-Dwamena, Chief Operating Officer/Associate Publisher, Amy Ansong, Associate Editor & Mrs Florence Ofori, Special Adviser to 3G and Mindy Asiedu.

3G is teaming up with great writers, researchers, and other entities to put a spotlight on stories which inspire the world and are worth reading and also backed by fantastic images.  The doors to columnists and future writers are always opened.

A big thank you to all our sponsors for making this possible.  Please get a copy of the magazine, read the inspirational stories and view great pictorial events as well as the children’s corner; featuring our younger generation – our future writers.

3G is here to stay; Once again I am Mr. CNN and I approve this message.

THANK YOU
